In light of our recent Webby wins, I wanted to educate all of you out there who don’t know who we are yet, why we are so darn-tootin cool! Read on for a case study in the domesticated honey bee colonies of Europe and their appealing lower extremity joints in comparison to one Harrogate-based agency. Hoo-rar!

1. We are the only agency in the UK to have two 2008 Webby Awards. Maybe ever (although I can’t substantiate this, I reckon it’s true). In comparison bees all have two pairs of wings, the hind pair being the smaller of the two. I know, it’s uncanny!

2. We have grown from an agency of 5 people to 17 people in a year. That’s a growth of 250% - enough to make anyone proud! Just like the smallest bee is the dwarf bee (Trigona minima), about 2.1 mm (5/64″) long. The largest bee in the world is Megachile pluto, which can grow to a size of 39 mm (1.5″). Wow that’s big.

3. We have worked with big and small brands all over the world, from Australia to America to central Europe to Asia. Similarly bees are found on every continent except Antarctica, in every habitat on the planet that contains flowering dicotyledons. Interesting.

4. We produce sweet websites for our clients. Bees produce sweet honey. Nuff said.

So there you go - empirical evidence that Magnitude are the bee’s knees!
