By either building a member database from scratch, or expanding upon a base you may already have, the suite allows you to send out fully customised, branded e-mails to your database.
Once your email has been personalised and sent comes the fun (and very clever part). The tools can track every aspect of the campaign. You can see exactly who has opened the e-mail, track every link on the e-mail so you can view which links / features were the most popular, see who sent it to their friends, and even who they sent it to...and much more.
